First Delivery of Ethanol to Petron
The country's first integrated fuel ethanol distillery, the San Carlos Bioenergy Inc., has delivery 1.6 million of ethanol to Petron. The Biofuels Law requires a 10 percent ethanol blend for gasoline which started last February 2009.
